All sales are final. DIRT is unable to accept any exchanges, returns or refunds on orders made on our our website. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding size and fit.

6 Month Warranty on Repairs

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase for defects or workmanship issues under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, including water damage, accidents, or abuse.

    Incorrect or Mismatched Products

    If your order doesn’t match the product description, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in brand-new, unworn condition for us to review your case. We’ll handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.

    Replacement Parts

    For certain issues, we may offer replacement parts free of charge, regardless of how long you have had the product. However, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs and labour fees of your local cobbler. Replacement parts will be offered on a case-by-case basis.

    How to Initiate a Return or Repair Request

    • Email us at info@shop-dirt.com, subject: Return Request (order number). In your email please include a clear description of the issue and images of the product.
    • We’ll review your case within a few days and provide an outcome.
    • Once we respond, you’ll have 7 days to reply before the case is closed.

    General Notes

    • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn or damaged due to misuse.
    • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
