Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed.

International Orders

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China. Once your order reaches your destination country, it is delivered by trusted courier partners, including DHL, UPS and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Location of Dispatch

Footwear and swimwear are dispatched from our warehouse in China.
SS25 Swimwear is dispatched from our studio in Bali, Indonesia.

Please note that, depending on the items in your order, products may be shipped separately.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping addresses can no longer be updated more than 24 hours after an order has been placed.

Delayed Orders

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Delayed, Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages

DIRT will not be held responsible for any delayed, damaged, lost or stolen packages once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. For more information regarding delayed, damaged, lost or stolen packages, please contact the courier directly.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, additional taxes, customs duties and fees may be added according to the laws of the destination country. DIRT is not liable to calculate or pay any of these fees.

Rejected packages will not be received by DIRT; therefore, a refund will not be issued.
