Please carefully review our shipping policy when ordering our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed.
International orders
We offer worldwide shipping with DHL Express, UPS and Fedex. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Location of dispatch
Footwear (SS25 collection) is dispatched from our warehouse in HongKong.
Swimwear (SS25 collection) and Footwear (AW24 collection) are dispatched from our studio in Bali, Indonesia
Please note that orders containing items from multiple collections may be shipped separately.
Shipping restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Shipping addresses can no longer be updated more than 24 hours after an order has been placed.
Delayed orders
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. Delayed, damaged, lost or stolen packages
Dirt will not be held responsible for any delayed, damaged, lost or stolen packages once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. For more information on any delayed, damaged, lost or stolen packages please enquire directly with the courier.
Customs & import duties
For international orders, additional taxes, customs duties and fees may be added according to the laws of the destination country. DIRT is not liable to calculate or pay for any of these fees. Rejected packages will not be received by DIRT, therefore a refund will not be issued. Please contact your destinations customs offices to get more information on customs, import fees and taxes.
